The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona in 950 platinum, with its ice blue dial and chestnut brown Cerachrom bezel, is one of the most sought-after watches there is. Platinum is dense but relatively soft, so it scuffs and scratches easily.
An international collector heard about us from a friend whose watches we had protected, and planned their next trip to London around an appointment.

The wide, mirror-polished centre links show marks almost instantly, so the film must lie perfectly flat with no bubbles.
The case architecture
Crown guards, chronograph pushers and sharp lugs need intricate, precise cuts to cover the metal fully.
Ceramic to metal
Where the platinum case meets the ceramic bezel, the film must be sealed cleanly so no dirt can collect and no edge can lift.

How we protected it.
With the client on a tight travel schedule, Jason, one of our founders, took the job on personally. He hand-mapped and fitted the film across every polished surface, finishing on schedule before the flight home.
