Wrist Guard LDN is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number, your watch details, how you would like us to reply and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your WhatsApp name, number and messages.

Why. We use it only to reply to your enquiry, send you a confirmation that we received it, quote and arrange an appointment. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering requests you make.

Where it goes. Enquiries are sent to the owners by email through our email provider (Resend), which also sends your confirmation. They are not stored in our website or content system. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is used by a person; it does not set advertising cookies.

How long. We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to reply to you and arrange your fitting, then delete them.

Analytics. We use cookieless analytics that do not identify you and do not track you across sites.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
